I can’t start my day……

Last week, I thought, this is great. I’m going to sleep in, get some rest, let my body heal.

Yes, my body needed to heal, but in all honestly I had less energy.

I was ready for a nap mid day.

Working out in the morning is the only way to go for me.

It gets the blood pumping and starts my day right.

That’s not to say when my alarm goes off I’m that enthusiastic, ready to jump out if bad.

But 54321 and I’m up and ready.

You gotta focus on how you feel when you’re done.
