Adjust then readjust…

That’s what life is all about.

If ever I was going to quit it would have been now.

It’s seems like a constant battle with aches and pains.

OK no weights, I’ll do cardio, OK now charlie horses in my calf REALLY.

But I’m not going to let that deter me.

Set backs happen, life happens.

Miss a day, get right back on track the next.
