Excuses don’t burn calories….
I honestly could come up with a different excuse every day as to why I can’t get up at 4:30 am to meditate, read, or workout.
But you know what, the only person I’m hurting is myself.
Why would I want to do that?
Stop making excuses and get moving.
I challenge you to a 30 minute workout today.
Nobody ever says I regret that workout.
