Back in the game!

I’m done making excuses, done procrastinating, done letting myself down.

So what am I going to do about it you ask?

Well, I’m going to get back in the game that’s what.

What game?  The game of taking care of myself, being aware of what I eat (not restricting, just being aware), making time and scheduling work outs to keep my body strong.  Doing my food prep each week, taking time to read and meditate.

It all starts right now, just watch me!
