Be Playful

We take life so seriously, we get caught up in the day to day grind, that we forget to take a moment to really enjoy the things all around us.

Take the time to really play, to embrace all the things that are just as they are suppose to be in our lives, our daily blessings.

We have forgotten what it’s like to really play, to be free, to laugh, to enjoy the little things.

A quiet moment with our significant others, a quick connections with our children, (regardless how brief) you mom’s of teens know what I’m talking about. 🙂 A moment to ourselves, for some reason we think we need to be constantly moving, be still.

I want us all to take a moment to really enjoy the little things.

Sing at the top of your lungs on the ride to work.

Shut off the TV with it’s bad news and constant commercials trying to sell you things you don’t need.

Turn on some music, dance, laugh, live.

Be playful.
