The first 60 days where the hardest.
A pound here, an inch there, but in our instant gratification world we want everything now, right.
Getting fit and healthy doesn’t work that way.
You have to remember it took a while to get where you are now and it will take time to get where you want to be.
Don’t give up on yourself, you’re worth it.
And remember, once you see results, it DOES become an addiction.
